Two project coordinators have been hired to do fundraising, marketing and maintain the daily organisation. Besides there have been established a presidium and a steering committee.
The presidium is headed by Mayor Johnny Søtrup, Esbjerg Municipality.
The steering committee is headed by Director Jørn Henriksen, Esbjerg Municipality.
