During 2010 several programmes about Ribe will be broadcasted. At the Danish regional station, TV SYD, you can see three different Ribe-programs. They are broadcasted the 6th, 13th and 20th of January at 7.30 p.m. The programs show the nature, the Wadden Sea, the hidden Ribe with some of its most hidden and secret places – and of course they focus on the exciting history of Ribe. Water, drams, beer and wine
Producers of beverages have been busy. Ribe Bryghus publishes Jubilæums Ale with ingredients inspired by traditional beer brewing. The ale is brewed on rye and barley, flavoured with wormwood, rowanberries, juniper berries and liquorice root. The percentage of alcohol is 6 %.

Ridley is doing Ribes 1300 Anniversary Dram, where nuts and herbs are combined and seasoned inspired by the nature around the Wadden Sea with its open marshland. The seasoning is inspired by Viking favourites like wormwood and bog myrtle. The brew itself is made upon buckthorn and rounded with walnut.

Due to the anniversary two companies, Company Water A / S and Jogros Catering A / S, have teamed up to produce and sell half-litre water bottles in favour of Ribe. For every bottle sold goes 50 øre to a common gift for the entire town: a painting to Ribe Kunstmuseum, which can be enjoyed from 2011.
